Training and Support
The Rent-A-Wreck training program puts over twenty-five years of experience in the rental car business in your corner. It includes on-site training for you and your employees, as well as classroom instruction at corporate headquarters. The relationship between the individual franchisee and the corporate office is a symbolic one. Franchisee's have the freedom to best take advantage of local advertising and promotional opportunities that exist in their locality, the corporate office directs national advertising and promotions that translate into exposure and value for all franchisees.

You will learn time tested, effective telephone and counter techniques, how to "close the sale," how to recognize and respond to different customer profiles, and above all, how to make your rental car business a success.

At Rent-A-Wreck school, we will provide you with all the administrative and promotional materials and know-how needed to get started. This includes everything from our Rent-A-Wreck bookkeeping system to maintenance procedures, advertising material and promotional strategies.

We will teach how to publicize your franchise in your local market so you can take full advantage of the benefits of the Rent-A-Wreck name.
